1. Services
Honestquo, operated by Mayfaire Row LLC, provides finance career coaching and media content. All coaching sessions are paid upfront. No free consultations are offered under any circumstances.
2. Payments & Refunds
All sessions are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice via the Calendly link provided at booking.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Honestquo provides coaching and guidance based on real experience. We do not guarantee job placement, offer acceptance, or specific career outcomes. Results depend on candidate effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — articles, guides, templates, and media — is the property of Mayfaire Row LLC, operating as Honestquo. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mayfaire Row LLC's total liability for any claim arising from coaching services is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. In no event shall Mayfaire Row LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost career opportunities, or any outcomes related to hiring decisions made by third parties.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
